The website is an offering of Men Amour (“us” “our” “we”), is a coaching program for only men to succeed in dating and relationships with women, and these Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users (“you” “your”) in relation to your use of the website. Please carefully read these Terms and our Privacy Statement, and contact us if you have any questions. By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) and to the collection and use of your information as set forth in the Men Amour Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service (“Users”). 

We may change these Terms of Use from time to time without advance notice. Your use of the service or any of its content after any changes have been made will constitute your agreement on a prospective basis to the modified Terms of Use and all of the changes. This is a contract between you and Men Amour. You must read and agree to these terms before using the Men Amour Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. If you are a child under 13 years of age, we may need your parent or guardian’s consent before allowing you to use the Service. You represent and guarantee that you are of legal age and otherwise qualified to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to any Users previously removed from the Service by Us.

The commercial use, duplication, reposting, public display, transmission or distribution of any data, software, logo or other material available through this website without the prior written consent of Men Amour is rigorously prohibited. Our License to You 

Subject to these Terms and our policies, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services. You may download content from our Services only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless you obtain Men Amour written permission to otherwise use the content. You also agree that you will create, access, and/or use only one user account, and you will not share with any third party access to or access information for your account. Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.

Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers.

Confidential Information 

Men Amour does not want you to, and you should not send any confidential or proprietary information to Men Amour via the website except as expressly or implicitly indicated by the website functionality See our Privacy Policy for additional information. You agree that any materials or information that you or individuals acting on your behalf provide to Men Amour will not be considered confidential or proprietary. To the extent you provide any materials or information to us other than nonpublic personal information, you grant to Men Amour an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publicly perform, sublicense, transmit and distribute such materials and information, in any medium and in any form, and you further agree that Men Amour is free to use any ideas, concepts or know-how that you or individuals acting on your behalf provide to Men Amour through or by means of this website.

The Men Amour services may allow the user to communicate with other users. Discretion should be used when disclosing information through these means, as it is accessible to third parties. The use of any personally identifiable information and the options related to the use of this information are subject to the Men Amour privacy policy.

The sending of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

User Submission

By submitting any Feedback, you grant us the right to use the Feedback without any restriction or any compensation to you. Editing, Deleting and Modification 

We hold the right in our sole discretion to correct or remove any documents, data or other content appearing on the website at any time without notice.

The Services and all related rights are, and will remain our property. Except for your User Content, the Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and User Content belonging to other Users (the “Men Amour Content”), and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Men Amour and its licensors (including other Users who post User Content to the Service). Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to be charged for the amount that will be made known in the process of the registration or purchase. We may update them from time to time. Men Amour may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion. Any change to our pricing or payment terms shall become effective following notice of such change to you as provided in this Agreement.

Men Amour subscriptions renew automatically using the payment details on file for your account. If you purchase a subscription with automatic renewal, you acknowledge and agree that we are authorized to use the payment information on file for the renewal fee. Your subscription will renew monthly or annually on the same day of the month or year, respectively, as the date you made your initial purchase. This date will be included on your subscription confirmation receipt that will be emailed to you at the email you provide. You may cancel your account at any time, this will stop future subscription charges from accruing to your account.

Proposed Product and Service Offerings 

All descriptions of proposed products and services are based on assumptions subject to change and you should not rely on the availability or functionality of products or services until they are actually offered through the Site. We reserve the right in its sole discretion to determine how registration and other promotions will be awarded. This determination includes, without limitation, the scope, nature and timing of all such offerings.

By using the Services, you will release Men Amour from any liability arising from fraudulent actions. You will also do everything possible to notify us immediately of any fraudulent action that may affect the Services. Men Amour reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict any User who is involved in fraudulent actions from using the service.

We care about our customers and we are always looking for ways to offer them the best value for money. One method we use is a discount system. Men Amour, at its sole discretion, will be entitled to provide our customers with discount programs as described and published in more detail on the website. Men Amour may offer promotional discounts from time to time. You must accept the terms of the promotion to receive the discount and Men Amour reserves the right not to respect the promotional codes if you suspect reasonable abuse. You agree not to use more than one discount per item unless Men Amour expressly allows such use. If at our sole discretion, you fail to comply with the terms or provisions of this agreement, We may deny you access to the app. In case of refusal of access by Men Amour, the user is no longer authorized to access the app and as well as the exclusion of responsibility and limitations of the responsibilities established in this document. The conditions of use will continue to apply. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Men Amour relating to the subject matter of this document.

Notwithstanding any of the App Terms, Men Amour reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the service, and to block or prevent future access to and use of the website if you violate any of these Terms or Men Amour policies. Upon termination, these Terms shall still apply.

Men Amour and its licensors may publicly display advertisements and other information adjacent to or included in the Content. You are not entitled to any payment for these publications. The method and scope of such advertising are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor access to and use of this website without notice to the user. We may register or register your use in a manner consistent with the provisions of our Privacy Policy, accessible through the Privacy Policy link on the homepage of this website.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of (country). (including all non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of the subject matter of these Terms).

We reserve the right to revise the Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Any revisions to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting by us. For any material changes to the Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of such changes. In all cases, your continued use of the Services after publication of such changes, with or without notification, constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

This Agreement, together with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Men Amour in connection with the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Men Amour concerning the Service.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Men Amour 101 has a regular price of $997.00 which can be purchased by a single sales transaction or with other option to purchase the course by a 2- month payment plan of $597.00 per month for 2 months. Discounted prices of the course may be available during unspecified times throughout the year by the use of a promotional coupon.

The purchaser/user/enrolled student can raise a refund request within 14 days of purchasing the course. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 40% of the content in the video material given in the regular course. Men Amour offers a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee contingent upon that the “purchaser/user/enrolled student” does not watch more than 40% of the video material in the regular course. 40% of the material is equivalent to finishing the last video of the second week (“Week 2”) out of the 5 weeks present in the regular course. User will not be enabled to skip through videos.

Whether the user purchases Men Amour 101 by a one-time payment at its regular price of $997.00, or a 2-month payment plan of $597.00 per month for 2 months, or at any discounted price by using a promotional coupon, or a payment plan available with any discount by use of a promotional coupon, the 14-day 100% money-back guarantee mentioned above will apply. Monthly memberships or subscriptions to Men Amour 101, do not receive the 14-Day 100% money-back guarantee listed above in this section. Further details for refunds or cancellations of monthly memberships/subscriptions for Men Amour 101 are described in the following section or paragraph below. Additional fees to the purchaser, with no expense to Men Amour may apply for the funds to be returned. However, no refund will be provided if you raise a request beyond 14 days of purchasing the course.

For all students/users/buyers/members who have purchased or enrolled to Men Amour 101 using a monthly membership, there are NO refunds or 14-Day, 100% money back guarantees as stated above, under any circumstances, once a subscription purchase is made. The only option available for a monthly membership subscription is to cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle. Men Amour offers a one-on-one coaching program through the Men Amour 1-On-1 program. Men Amour 1-On-1 is available for a single-time purchase price of $19,997.00. There is a payment plan available to purchase this program by processing 3 monthly payments of $6,999.00.

Payments will not be stopped even if a user, purchaser or enrolled student, does not complete the purchased or scheduled purchased coaching program. If the schedule of completing sessions or the entire course is delayed, whether the student or coach cannot attend a session, processing payments will not be stopped. Instead, the payments will be processed but sessions will be rescheduled in the event that a student purchases a one-time payment of $19,997.00. A refund can only be processed if the first coaching session has not taken place.

After a first one-on-one coaching session is scheduled and conducted, refunds for single sales transactions and monthly payment plans will not be processed, and payment processes will continue for payment plan options, no exceptions. It is the user’s responsibility to schedule and attend coaching sessions.

In the event a user is non-responsive or is not proactively scheduling and attending coaching sessions to complete the 12 sessions, Men Amour will not offer rescheduled sessions after 1 year of the purchase and will not offer any refunds.

If a user purchases Men Amour 1-On-1 by the 3-month payment plan, a refund and cancellation can only take place prior to the 1st session to take place after the first payment. A fee of $1000 will be taken by Men Amour if the cancellation of a session prior or in lieu of a refund request is submitted within a 24 hour period before the coaching session. Additional fees to the purchaser, with no expense to Men Amour will apply for the funds to be returned.

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Men Amour.

Under no circumstances will Men Amour be liable for any loss or injury attributable to errors in the course materials or otherwise in relation to the performance of any contract entered into between Men Amour and the purchaser. Furthermore, the purchaser shall indefinite Men Amour against any claim for such damage, loss or injury made against Men Amour by a third party
